- Samples should be assayed within 7 days when stored at 2-8℃, otherwise samples must be divided up and stored at -20℃ (≤1 month) or -80℃ (≤3 months).
- Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Centrifuge again before assaying to remove any additional precipitates that may appear after storage.
